Wings & Wheels all set to take off in 2010

One of the UK’s most spectacular airshows returns for a two day show on Sunday 29th and Monday 30th August.

Attracting phenomenal crowds of over 25,000 in 2009 with some of the finest aircraft and motoring displays in the UK, Wings & Wheels is not just an Airshow, it’s an exciting weekend of family entertainment.The four hour flying displays are led by a crowd-thrilling assortment of RAF legends, and this year Wings & Wheels are proud to announce the Red Arrows will be joining the show on both days. Also joining them over the weekend are the Eurofighter Typhoon, Team Breitling Wingwalkers, The Tigers - The Princess of Wales’s Royal Regiment's Parachute Display Team, the Battle of Britain Memorial flight, the Old Flying Machine, the Red Bull Matadors and The Blades. More displays are to be announced.
Brooklands Museum will once again entertain with an assortment of motoring icons, including Aston Martins, Ferraris, Jaguars, AC Cobras, Lotuses, Porsches, TVRs and the McLaren Mercedes SLR, all of which race up and down the runway.
And if that wasn’t enough, a fairground, aviation and motoring simulators, trampolines, motorbike demonstrations and trials, driving opportunities with Mercedes-Benz World and much more are set to pack the central arena. Sitting alongside the arena is the retail village which will house over 50 stalls selling hand crafted gifts, from jewellery to toys, aviation books and memorabilia, paintings and models, clothing and food.
With all this and a lot more going on, Wings & Wheels has something for all the family!The two day show is being held over the August Bank Holiday, Sunday 29th and Monday 30th August, at Dunsfold Park near Guildford, Surrey and is open to spectators from 9.00 to 18.00.

don't forget there is a quite Sunday run on sunday the 15th August meeting at the horseshoe car park, Banstead Village at 10am for 10.30 start
through the country side to leigh, surgested route map and instructions will be handed out at the carpark, look forwards to seeing you all there

Victoria Day in Aldershot

on the 4th of September there will be a victorian market and other attractions for all the family starts 10am till 5pm with a parade of vintage and classic cars around the town at 11.00am then into town centre which will be closed to through traffic for the day and there will also be an autojumble in the town centre with a static display area for the cars
